As we come into the spring and summer seasons here along the Grand Strand we also hit the time of year that people need to host parties of various types. The clubhouse at Sandpiper Bay Golf and Country Club is a fantastic setting for almost any occasion. On this edition of Tee It Up Grand Strand we take a look at all that the clubhouse facility has to offer to its guest both during golf and for non golf related activities.
Sandpiper Bay’s Carolina-Style Clubhouse has been renovated and restyled awhile back to provide maximum pre and post round enjoyment for golfers on a daily basis. It also offers casual dining on a regular basis. Piper’s Bar & Grill, as it’s called, is also available for special occasions, banquets, and meetings.
General Manager Tim Tilma “We really enjoy hosting events for our golfers. The members and visiting golfers alike have a great time hanging out in Piper’s Bar both before and after their round. What most people do not know is all of the other type of events we are capable of hosting in the bar and restaurant. Our staff is versatile and can work several kinds of dinners and events.”
Business lunches, brunches, birthday parties, formal dinners and banquets are just a few events that the staff and facility have hosted of recent. The space in the clubhouse can be reconfigured in many different ways to make it attractive for all types of events and meetings. The food and beverage service is wonderful and can cook for any number of guests.
