All the hard work that the superintendent and the grounds crew has put in over the last several months is really starting to show as the course continues to improve this fall.  Even with the heavy rains that came with Hurricane Florence, the course is very playable.  The members have been very complimentary of the improvements and the visiting golfers are enjoying the golf as well.

The tee sheets are open and ready for play.  The fairways are green and look amazing from the tee box.  The putting surfaces are crisp and receptive.  They are rolling great and ready to take on birdie putts.  It is great to see the courses full of golfers enjoying themselves again.

Now is the time to take advantage of the fall specials that PGA Head Professional Brett Thomaswick and his staff are running each week.  There are also special events and tournaments to take part in for both members and visitors.  Fall is a fun time to play golf at Sandpiper Bay Golf & Country Club.  Check the calendar to see what’s coming up.

To make a tee time click on the Tee Times tab at the top of the page or call the golf shop at 910.579.9120 and one of the guys in the golf shop will be happy to help you.
